DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Procedures
When we receive a legitimate DMCA takedown notice, we will remove the relevant content as required by copyright law. To ensure fairness, we may disclose the details of the takedown request, including the complainant’s contact details, to the accused infringer. If you believe your content was wrongfully taken down, you can submit a counter-notice that must include: identification of the removed content and its previous location, your name, address, phone number, and email, a sworn statement affirming that the removal was a mistake, your agreement to legal action, and your signature (electronic or physical). We may restore the content once we receive a valid counter-notice, unless the complainant takes legal action.
